The main objective of designing the mobile app is to integrate and ensure seamless delivery of G2C services by Municipal Council through Process Re-engineering, automation of workflow across participating departments with the help of Information & Communications Technologies (ICT).

Also aims to utilize the massive reach of mobile phones and harness the potential of mobile applications to enable easy and round-the-clock access to public services, especially in the rural areas Mobile App screen will display the homepage of the application and all the icons will be available here in which citizens can choose the icon and avail the service whichever he needs for information.

Mobile applications are also integrated with other apps/applications of the state/central Government, such as Digilocker, Aaple Sarkar, pgportal.gov.in, Swachhta, Aadhaar etc.
